Blending the Therapeutic practices of
Bodywork + Frequency Healing

Customized treatments to regulate and
deeply
calm the nervous system.

Quiet your mind. Restore your body.

Restore + Repair on a Cellular Level

Human cells are 70-80% water and Sound((Vibration)) travels 10x faster in water providing a massage like effect.

This vibrational movement encourages the lymphatic system to function more efficiently, promoting the cleansing of blood and the reduction of inflammation.

Brainwave Entrainment

Our brains are always analyzing..

With Sound Vibration Therapy, the varying Frequencies + Tones from the Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks and Gongs lull the brainwaves into the lower Alpha and Theta brainwave. The brain then surrenders its analytical tendencies and drifts to a dreamlike space.

In this meditative state the body experiences 8x MORE cell regeneration and healing than even the deepest Delta state of Sleep.

A woman lying down with her eyes closed receives a singing bowl sound therapy, with a therapist holding a wooden mallet near a brass singing bowl.

Research shows that the frequencies ((vibrations)) from Sound Healing have a positive impact on brain, nerve, muscle, and organ function.

Meet Krystal

Founder/Owner, Sona Sound Spa

I am constantly in awe of the intelligence of the mind+body connection and the profound effect subtle vibration has on it. When we can truly calm our nervous system & promote energy flow, our body’s natural response is wellness, balance and vitality.

I have been practicing Bodywork & Massage(LMT), Energy Medicine and Sound((Vibration)) Therapy since 2016 and am attuned at the Mastery level of Usui and Kundalini Reiki. I have acquired a number of certifications during my journey and am always growing & learning. My approach is guided by compassion, experience and intuition. I have a private practice for individual + couples sessions, offer community & private group sound baths and facilitate retreats.

Having personally experienced (countless times) the deeply therapeutic effects that Sound + Vibration have on the mind, body and biofield (energy field), I am verrry passionate about sharing these non-invasive, deeply restorative modalities with as many as I can in my community. My goal is that everyone leaves each session feeling lighter, with a loving + authentic connection to one’s self. Everyone deserves to feel better.
