ORIGIN STL — Seed the Dream

Scout Shelter at Kirkwood Park
Join us for a St. Louis gathering connected to ORIGIN, a worldwide regenerative movement bringing people together around connection, consciousness, community and our relationship with the Earth.
The afternoon will begin with time to arrive + connect, followed by a grounding and immersive sound experience led by Krystal Laster of Sona Sound Spa.
At 2:00 PM, we’ll join ORIGIN’s Synchronized Moment of Global Unity, happening with communities around the world. The global experience includes a Prayer for Mother Earth, a shared meditative pause and a worldwide celebration.
Afterward, we’ll allow a few quiet moments for integration, followed by a short reflection from Michael Chatfield, author of FREEDOM NOW!, around freedom beyond finances: moving from fear, scarcity + old conditioning into conscious choice, connection and what we choose to create.
We’ll then move into Seed the Dream, ORIGIN’s invitation to turn intention into regenerative action. Everyone will receive Missouri-native Black-Eyed Susan seeds to take home + plant.
We’ll close with authentic chai, water, something sweet + time to actually connect with one another.
Rough flow:
1:00 PM — arrival + community connection
1:15 PM — welcome + intro to ORIGIN
~1:20–1:50 PM — grounding + sound experience with Krystal / Sona Sound Spa
2:00 PM — ORIGIN Synchronized Moment of Global Unity
After — quiet integration
Michael — short 5–7 minute reflection
Seed the Dream — native seed packets + planting intention
Then — chai, water + community connection
What to bring:
Yoga mat + blanket/extra padding, comfortable clothes + anything else that helps you relax outdoors.
