A 2-person sound immersion is a private sound experience created for two guests. You will rest comfortably while singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments create a calming environment for relaxation and connection.

Yes. The experience can be shared with a partner, friend, family member, or other loved one. For younger children, please contact Sona Sound Spa before booking to confirm that the experience will be a comfortable fit.

You will settle into a comfortable resting position while Krystal guides you through a personalized sound experience using a variety of instruments. No active participation is required—simply rest, listen, and allow the sounds and vibrations to support relaxation.

No experience is necessary. Private sound experiences are welcoming to beginners, and Krystal will explain what to expect before the session begins.

Buccal massage is a specialized facial and jaw treatment that includes external massage and intraoral techniques performed inside the mouth.
It is designed to access muscles in the cheeks and jaw that are difficult to reach through external massage alone.

Yes. Intraoral buccal massage is performed inside the mouth using gloves and only with the client’s informed consent.
Clients may request external-only facial and jaw work at any time.

Buccal massage may help ease feelings of muscular tightness through the jaw, cheek, face, scalp, and neck.

The Botanical Renewal Facial combines plant-forward skincare with facial massage, gentle exfoliation, hydrating products, and restorative techniques tailored to your skin. Your session may also include dermaplaning, lymphatic support, and focused care for areas of tension or congestion.

Yes. Dermaplaning is included when appropriate for your skin and helps remove surface buildup and fine facial hair for a smoother, brighter appearance. It may be modified or omitted if your skin is especially sensitive or irritated.

Most clients experience little to no downtime. Mild redness or sensitivity may occur temporarily, particularly after dermaplaning or exfoliation, so gentle skincare and daily sun protection are recommended afterward.

Yes. Celluma red light therapy and lymphatic facial cupping with gua sha are available as enhancements for eligible treatments. Available add-ons can be selected during booking.

A card is required to reserve your appointment but is not charged unless you choose to prepay or the cancellation policy applies. The current cancellation and rescheduling terms are displayed during booking and included in your confirmation email.

Yes. Free parking is available directly outside the studio, making arrival and departure convenient.

Yes. Sona Sound Spa is located inside South River Yoga and Center of Sound at the Meramec Bottom Road location.

Appointments are available Tuesday through Thursday from approximately 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Current openings are shown in the online scheduler.
