The Individual Sound Session offers the same deeply restorative experience as our two-person session, designed just for you. This private, one-on-one session with Krystal includes an hour (or more) of sound therapy using crystal singing bowls, gong, and a variety of instruments played on and around the body, along with tuning fork therapy and gentle energy work.
